Our Program

D&W Fresh Market Rewards is a loyalty program that allows customers to receive digital coupons, monthly rewards, grocery savings, and fuel savings at participating locations. The more you use your card, the more personalized your shopping experience will become with coupons and more.

    Rewards FAQ's

    Online: You can sign up on your stores website and complete the online signup process. When you sign up online, you’ll be asked for your phone number. This allows you to enter this same phone number at the register, so you never have to have a physical card with you.

    In-store: Fill out an application to receive a rewards card and start saving. Be sure to register your card online to get the weekly ad preview via email, as well as access to hundreds of digital coupons and monthly rewards. 

    Customers who do not want to enter an email address can still see benefits! With your card, you will get access to the hot deals in our weekly ad. However, an email address is required to receive exclusive offers like digital coupons, grocery rewards, and more. If customers don’t have an email address, they can sign up for a free email account from Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo, etc 

    Visit our customer service desk at any store, and an associate can look up your account by card number, phone, or name to add an email address and update contact information.

    Your rewards card is valid at all D&W Fresh Market, Family Fare, Family Fresh Market, VG’s Grocery, Forest Hills Foods or Ada Market locations. Rewards and coupons may vary by location. 

    Registering with a phone number allows you to enter that phone number at checkout if you forget your rewards card or prefer not to carry one. All offers and savings are tracked using your phone number as if it were a physical card. By providing a mobile phone number, you can also opt in for text messages about other exciting deals! 

    Your rewards card number is the 12-digit card number found on the back of the card. You can also find your rewards card number when logged into the app or website.  

    If you registered online or have a phone number registered to your card, no need to worry, you can use your phone number at checkout. For a replacement card, simply ask for a new one at the service counter. We’d be happy to link your new card to your old one so you can pick up right where you left off on earning exclusive savings and deals! 

    Each rewards card comes with two keychain-sized cards. You can share these with anyone in your family. You can also share the same phone number and use that at the register.  

    Registering your card online is an additional step to signing up for a rewards card. Registering online gives you access to all the benefits of rewards.  

    You can: 

    • Sign-up to receive coupons and special offers each month via email 
    • Add digital coupons directly to your card. 
    • View Monthly Rewards Progress 
    • Update personal information 

    When you forget your password, click the “Forgot Password” link in the Sign In” page on your store’s website. A new message will open where you will be asked to enter your email address, press ‘Submit’ to reset your password or call Customer Service at 1-844-467-7278.

    Most store items count as qualifying rewards card purchases. Some exclusions include: cigarettes/tobacco, beer/wine/liquor, fuel, prescriptions, prescription copays, postage stamps, lottery tickets, Western Union, money orders, fees, game licenses, bottle deposit, phone activation, sales tax, Ticketmaster, gift card purchases (including store, phone, entertainment, dining, prepaid, and others), discontinued items and additional miscellaneous transaction or service counter items. 

    When you are on the website the offers displayed are based on the store location selected on the website. The location that will automatically be selected from the preferred store listed under your account. Customers can adjust their preferred store based on where they shop within their account settings. Occasionally rewards or digital coupons may only be viewed if you have completed your online account; since some programs may only be available in certain geographic areas based on your home store, zip code, or state. 

    Digital Coupon FAQ's

    Digital coupons are deals exclusively available online for rewards card members and they can be accessed online and in-store at the rewards kiosk. 

    Visit D&W Fresh Market, Family Fare, Family Fresh Market, VG’s Grocery or Forest Hills Foods website. In the top menu, select “Save More” and then select “Digital Coupons

    Visit your preferred store website to view your available digital coupons. From the top menu, select “Save More” and then “Digital Coupons” and then select “clip” for the coupons of interest to you – this loads the coupon instantly to your rewards account. Shop and purchase the item prior to the expiration date and the discount will be applied to your order when you check out using your rewards card or phone number.  

    Yes. In order for the digital coupons to be loaded onto an account you’ll need to have a rewards card, an established an online account, and have activated it online. 

    No. The digital coupons are only available electronically and cannot be printed for scanning at the register. 

    Yes. Whether you scan a rewards card or enter your registered phone number, your coupons will apply when the product is scanned. 

    You can view our “Clipped Coupons” on the digital coupon page. You may also use the mobile app (for Android and iOS) or in-store kiosk to view your offers. 

    All digital coupons have an expiration date. The dates will vary by offer. Review each coupon for specific details. 

    No. Each digital coupon can only be loaded to your rewards account once. Check back often though, new coupons get loaded every week! 

    No. Digital coupons are not eligible for doubling. 

    No. Digital coupons and paper coupons cannot be combined on the same item. 

    No. Once the item that has a digital coupon is scanned, the digital coupon on your rewards card will be applied. 

    Your digital coupon savings will show up at the bottom of your receipt. “DC” will be in front of the item you purchased with a digital coupon. 

    Some digital coupons have a certain number of clips allowed before they disappear from view. This coupon could have exceeded the number of clips, or the date to clip the coupon could have passed. Some digital coupons are also sent out to select members based on their shopping history, and thus, may not be available for all shoppers.

    If the coupons are for the same value, the digital coupon will be applied first. If not, the coupon with the most savings will be applied. 

    If the coupons are the same value, the digital coupon with the closest expiration date will be used first. If not, the highest value digital coupon will be applied to give you the most savings. 

    Of course! Visit our rewards kiosk in-store to clip digital coupons. Simply scan your rewards card or type in your phone number to sign in and clip away! 

    Yes. You may view our online coupon policies by visiting the “Coupon Policy” page on your store’s website. The link is in the footer section of every page. 

    Yes. Some coupons are available nationwide, while others are only available to Rewards members. Additionally, some are personalized specifically for you or your geographic location. All coupons will look exactly the same to you. 

    Fuel FAQ's

    You will need a rewards account – to receive fuel rewards.  Scan your card or enter your phone number to be eligible for those bonus fuel rewards.  Locations vary by store.  See your store for details on where you can use your gas savings. 

    Note: Fuel rewards will print automatically at checkout at participating locations. Ask your store for details. 

    No. A fuel rewards discount will be issued at checkout. You’ll scan the coupon at the pump to obtain your discount.
