Tilapia Fish Tacos

Enjoy the taste of Baja California with Tacos de pescado or "Fish Tacos" as we know and love them!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Azteca No Preservatives flour tortillas –Fajita Size
  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 4 seasoned tilapia fillets
  • shredded lettuce
  • salsa
  • sour creme
  • Avocado if desired

Directions

  1. Remove tortillas from refrigerator; set aside
  2. Prepare tilapia according to package directions.
  3. Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warmed tortillas covered.
  4. With fork, break fish into bite-sized pieces. Place in center of tortillas.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream and avocado, if desired. Fold tortilla over filling; serve immediately or cover to keep warm.
