Three-Cheese Grilled Cheese


  • 8 slices Aunt Millies Honey Butter White Bread
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • dash Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • Butter


  1. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix the Gruyere and sharp cheddar together in a separate bowl.
  3. Butter one side of each slice of bread, and spread some of the mayonnaise mixture on the opposite sides of each slice of the bread.
  4. Top the mayonnaise mixture with 1/4 cup of cheese mixture.
  5. Top the sandwich with remaining slices, mayonnaise side down, onto the cheese mixture.
  6. Cook sandwich on each side until golden and crispy. Remove sandwich from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
