- Preheat oven to 425Â°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl or large resealable plastic bag combine sweet potatoes, oil, and salt and pepper to taste; toss to coat. Place in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes of baking. Increase heat to 450Â°F and bake 10 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, for dip, in a small bowl combine sour cream, yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon. Serve fries with dip.
