Stuffing Muffins

This is a fun and delectable take on boring old turkey stuffing. Take the stuffing out of the bird, and put the fun back in your stuffing side dish with this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5oz) chicken broth
  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 6 cups unseasoned cube stuffing mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 12-cup muffin pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine broth with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
  3. Toss Mayonnaise mixture with stuffing mix in large bowl until liquid is absorbed, about 4 minutes. Evenly divide mixture into prepared pan, pressing firmly and mounding slightly.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until muffins are golden.
