- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom and sides of 10-inch tart pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until crust edges are browned. Cool completely.
- Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and extracts with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Carefully spread over cooled crust.
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Carefully pour over cream cheese layer. Cover and chill 5 to 15 minutes or until pudding is set. Arrange kiwi and strawberry slices neatly on top of tart. Cover tart and chill at least 1 hour more or until firm. Cut into wedges, and serve.
