- Slightly crush cumin seeds; place in a small bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, oregano, salt, cayenne and garlic powder; stir to combine.
- Coat grill with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Trim fat from steaks. Rub both sides of steaks with spice mixture.
- Place steaks on grill. Grill 6 to 7 minutes per side (145°F for medium rare) or to desired doneness. Remove from grill, and serve.
