- Prepare rice according to package directions. Keep covered; set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell peppers; cook 5 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender. Add sausage; cook and stir 5 minutes more or until sausage is cooked through. Drain fat.
