Salmon Puttanesca

For a GLUTEN FREE VERSION: Read tomato sauce labels carefully, may contain gluten.


  • 4 4 oz. Salmon Filets
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 1 cup onion, small chop
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Olives, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, julienne


  1. In a pan over medium heat cook the salmon filets 4 minutes on each side, and set aside.
  2. In the same pan sauté the onion, olives, garlic, and capers until the onions begin to soften. Add the tomato sauce and finish the sauce with the basil.
  3. Serve over the salmon and enjoy!
