  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick

  1. In a shallow dish combine rosemary, salt, pepper and oil. Add pork; turn to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes or up to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Grill, covered, 8 to 11 minutes or until no longer pink (160°F for medium, 170°F for well-done). Remove from grill, and serve.
