Peachy Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins, approximately 2 lbs. total
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1/2 cup LaVieja Fabrica Peach Fruit Delight
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 tsp. allspice
  • zest from a lemon
  • 1 cup brandy

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the peach fruit delight, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, lemon zest and brandy over medium heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 400˚ F. Season the pork with the salt, pepper and garlic, bake for minutes. Brush brandy peach glaze over the tenderloins and bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, or until they have an internal temperature of 145˚ F.
  3. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving with your favorite side.
