Moroccan Spiced Almonds


  • 2 Cups Whole almonds with skins
  • 1 TBS EVOO
  • 2 TSP Ground Cumin

  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  3. Mix almonds and other ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into a baking pan.
  4. Roast in oven until almonds are lightly toasted--about 25 min.
  5. Pour onto double thickness of paper towel to cool and drain.
  6. *Can make up to a week ahead. The almonds will keep in an air tight container.
