Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 6 sweet potatoes or yams

  1. For the sauce, combine orange juice, honey, butter and salt in small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes or until butter melts. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Wrap potatoes in foil. Grill, covered, 10 to 12 minutes per side or until tender. Serve with sauce.
