- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8x4-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl combine juice, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, egg, garlic pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Add beef and onion; combine thoroughly. Press meat mixture firmly into loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour or until top is lightly browned and instant-read thermometer registers 170°F. Drizzle with additional 2 tablespoons juice during last 10 to 15 minutes, if desired. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
