- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). For the dressing, in a small bowl combine parsley, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, oil, mustard, and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Place shrimp and crabmeat on grill. Grill, covered, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink and crabmeat is lightly browned. Remove from grill; chop crabmeat.
- Place salad greens in a large serving bowl. Add shrimp, crab, carrots, cucumber and bell peppers. Drizzle with dressing, and serve.
