Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. chili garlic paste
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 avocados, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/3 cup chopped cashews

  1. Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 6 minutes on each side or until tender and no longer pink (170°F); chop. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, basil, lime juice and chili paste in small bowl.
  2. Divide chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla. Divide chopped avocado, lettuce and cashews evenly among tortillas. Roll up and serve or chill, if desired.
