4-6 Thinly cut avocado slices
3 slices Cooked bacon

Gouda & Apple Grilled Cheese: Heat a large skillet or a large nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Spread butter evenly over one side of each bread slice. Place 1 slice of bread, buttered side down, on griddle or in skillet. Layer cheese, cranberry chutney and apple slices over bread; top with remaining bread, buttered side up. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Grilled Han & Cheese: Heat a large skillet or a large nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Spread butter evenly over one side of each bread slice. Place 1 slice of bread, buttered side down, on griddle or in skillet. Layer mustard, cheese and ham over bread; top with remaining bread, buttered side up. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
