Ingredients

  • 1 large peach, pitted, cut up
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. peeled grated gingerroot
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne or ground red pepper

  1. In a blender or food processor combine peach pieces, broth, vinegar, ginger and cayenne; blend until smooth.
  2. To use for grilling, in a large dish or resealable plastic bag place marinade and 4 servings of chicken or pork; toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before grilling. Remove meat from marinade (discard marinade), and grill meat as usual.
