Directions
- Add the raspberries (fresh or frozen) to a heavy saucepan with sugar and water. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer the compote for 10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Allow to cool. Spread compote and almond butter onto two slices of Koepplinger’s Healthy Whole Grains bread.
- Sprinkle crushed almonds to taste.
