Fresh Raspberry compote and Almond Butter Sandwich


  • 2 slices Koepplingers All Natural Healthy Whole Grains bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Crushed almonds (optional)


  1. Add the raspberries (fresh or frozen) to a heavy saucepan with sugar and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer the compote for 10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  3. Allow to cool. Spread compote and almond butter onto two slices of Koepplinger’s Healthy Whole Grains bread.
  4. Sprinkle crushed almonds to taste.
