Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. chopped jalapeño?
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Baked tortilla chips

  1. In a medium bowl mash avocados with a fork or potato masher. Stir in onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, salsa, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
