- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and mushrooms; sautÃ© 6 minutes or until onion is tender and liquid evaporates. Add prosciutto; sautÃ© 2 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 11x7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk together milk, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside. Place pasta in baking dish. Top with reserved onion mixture, bell peppers, and cheese. Drizzle reserved milk mixture over cheese.
- Place dish in oven. Bake 30 minutes or until golden and edges are bubbly. Serve hot.
