- Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Drain oranges, reserving juice. Add oranges and strawberries to spinach; set aside.
- For the dressing, pour 1/3 cup of the reserved juice into a small bowl. Add balsamic and red wine vinegars. Gradually whisk in oil. Stir in garlic and basil; season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad; toss. Sprinkle with pine nuts and (if desired) goat cheese, and serve.
