- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until softened. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly 1 minute or until golden brown. Stir in milk and whisk until starting to thicken.
- Add turkey, Classic Mixed Vegetables, salt, black pepper and thyme.
- Turn into 10-inch cast iron skillet or 1-1/2-quart round casserole dish and cover with pie crust; pressing edges to secure. With knife cut several small slits into crust.
- Bake 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling.
