Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup Deans Country Fresh cottage cheese
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Dash curry powder

  1. Cut tops off cherry tomatoes almost through, forming a lid. Scoop out seeds and discard.
  2. Mix together cottage cheese, green onions, cilantro, parsley, basil, garlic and curry.
  3. Stuff tomatoes with cheese mixture.
