- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Rub chops with garlic pepper and onion salt. Cover; set aside.
- In a small bowl stir together oil, cilantro, lime zest and lime juice; set aside.
- Place chops on grill. Grill, covered, 3 minutes. Brush with oil mixture; turn chops. Grill, covered, 3 to 5 minutes more or until instant-read thermometer registers 160°F. Remove chops from grill, brush with remaining oil mixture, and serve.
