Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Our Family Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 to 1 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Mix: quick oats, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, banana, and peanut butter. Add the milk to desired consistency. Adding the milk last will avoid overflowing the jar.
  2. If you don’t have whey protein, omit the protein powder and replace the almond milk with chocolate milk.
  3. Soak: Cover and place in the fridge overnight (at least 8 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
  4. Enjoy: Enjoy a nutritious, ready-to-eat oatmeal.
