  • 1 1/4 lbs. tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season tilapia with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice. Place in baking dish; bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small skillet melt butter over low heat until butter is foamy and begins to brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Strain into a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle butter over tilapia, sprinkle with toasted almonds, and serve.
