Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 4 medium apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch rings
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut up

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place sweet potatoes and apples in a rectangular 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Dot mixture with butter; cover with foil. Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes or until sweet potatoes and apples are tender. Serve warm.
