Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates


  • 16-20 dates
  • 8-10 strips bacon
  • 4 oz soft goat cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Make a small cut in each date without cutting all the way through. Remove pits if needed.
  3. Using a small spoon, fill the dates with goat cheese.
  4. Cut each piece of bacon in half (width-wise) and wrap each date with a half piece of bacon.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and crisping around the edges.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
