Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 4 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
  • 2 1/2 cups bite-size orange pieces
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

  1. In a small bowl whisk together hoisin sauce, vinegar and oil; set aside.
  2. Warm tortillas in a nonstick skillet 15 seconds per side. Remove from skillet. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the hoisin mixture plus spinach, shrimp, orange pieces and 1 tablespoon of the sesame seeds on each tortilla. Roll up into a wrap, and serve.
