- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl stir together tomato sauce, corn syrup and mustard. In a large bowl stir together 3/4 cup of the tomato sauce mixture, apples, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste until combined. Add turkey; mix well.
- Coat a 2-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer meat mixture to baking dish and shape into an 8x4x2-inch loaf.
- Bake meatloaf, uncovered, 30 minutes. Pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over meatloaf. Bake 30 to 45 minutes more or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160°F. Spoon off and discard any fat from baking pan. Let meatloaf stand 10 minutes before serving.
