      This is the same online shopping service you love with a new name and look. The focus will now be on your favorite store’s brand instead of the Fast Lane brand. Think of the new site as an extension of your favorite store! 

      This is the same great service you know and love, but now under shopdwfreshmarket.com for a seamless experience. Your orders will still be fulfilled by the same great Fast Lane associates you have gotten to know. 

      No! To login you can use the same account you used to shop Fast Lane. You can also use the same account to shop any of our stores. You can login with the same user account to shop any of stores using the store’s website or mobile app. 

      Fast Lane subscriptions aren’t going away! If you have a Fast Lane subscription you will continue to get the same great benefits, but it will now be called an online grocery shopping subscription. You can use your same account to shop any of store’s websites or mobile apps. 

      Your rewards are linked to your account, and you can earn rewards no matter how you shop. Purchases made online or in-store at any of our stores will contribute to your rewards. You can use the same account to login on all our store’s websites or mobile apps. 

      There are two ways to easily find your previous purchases or shopper history. 

      1. Shop your previous purchases – Login to your account and select shop then filter to my purchases. If you are logged in, you can directly access it  here.
      2. View your previous orders – Hover over your name and select “My Account”. From the My account page, select my order. This is a list of all your previous online orders. You can also use your previous orders to quickly add items to your cart that you want to reorder. If you are logged in, you can directly access it here.

      To view the weekly ad page, select Weekly Ad on the navigation bar. From here you can flip though each page of the ad to view all the weekly deals. When you find an item you want, click on the item, and click add to basket. This creates a list of all the items you want, and you can use it to checkout online or print it off to shop in-store.

      Digital coupons are linked to your rewards account and will be available for use as soon as they are clipped. To clip coupons, navigate to the Digital Coupons page in the Save More menu. From here you can see all available coupons and which coupons you have already clipped. To clip a coupon, find the coupon you want and select “Clip.” You can also clip coupons as you shop or view the digital ad.  

      To cancel or change an order, hover over your name, and click “My Account.” From the My Account page, select my order. This is a list of all your current and previous online orders. Select the order you want to adjust and add or remove items or click cancel your order. Orders can be cancelled at any time, but you cannot add items once your personal shopper begins shopping your order. If shopping has already begun, please contact the store for order changes.  If you are logged in, you can directly access it  here. 

      Yes! We still offer same day pickup and delivery. Delivery availability and times may vary. 

      A provisional hold is a temporary authorization on your card.  The hold will be the value of your purchase, plus an additional $5 or 10% – whichever is greater.  As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for your exact order total.  This is an industry standard and will help prevent fraud and payment failures.

      Not at all! After your first three orders are shopped for free with the promo code “FASTLANE” you can choose to either pay a “per trip” shop fee or you can subscribe for unlimited orders shopped just for you. Fees for pick up vary by store, see your individual store for details.

      *Subscription fees are for shopping fees only. 

      You can pay monthly for $16.95 or $49 for a full year. There is no minimum order size required.

      No! You pay the same prices in store as you do in The Fast Lane. All prices are the same! Even all the benefits of your yes account are applied at check out. Including clubs, rewards, digital coupons and fuel discount coupons!

      When you order ahead your items are selected as soon as you order.  That means you’re first in line for sales and getting the items you want.  Once your items are selected they are stored in temperature controlled areas to keep them at their peak freshness.

      Absolutely. Our trained personal shoppers carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest produce and finest cuts of meats. If you aren’t happy with any item, we will gladly replace it and refund your money. That’s our 200% Freshness Guarantee!

      Yes! Clip and use our convenient digital coupons while you shop to help maximize your savings.

      When you arrive at the time you’ve scheduled, pull into our designated Fast Lane parking spot, call inside, and an associate will deliver your order and load your car for you. That’s all there is to it!

      Pickup times, shopping fees and number of time slots available vary by store. There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed for each pickup time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout. Please reserve your time slot before placing your order.

      You will receive all Rewards program benefits that you would receive in store. Your personal shopper will provide you with a receipt so you can track your savings!

      You will earn fuel rewards just like you would shopping in the store. These rewards can be redeemed at any of our Quick Stop locations or participating fuel centers.

      Credit Card is the only method of payment at this time.  There will be a $1.00 hold placed on your card while your order is pending.  This hold will be removed when your order is complete and your card is charged for the order amount.

      We do not accept paper coupons; however any digital coupons you clip while you shop will be taken off your order total just like in the store. If you do not receive a digital coupon please call customer support at (844) 467-7278.

      Our stores are total service markets, which means we should never expect tips and we should not personally ask our customers for a tip. However, if you would like to show our store teams appreciation and offer a tip, this can be done during checkout when submitting your order online or offered to our teams at the time of pickup or delivery via cash.

      You will receive every sale price that we advertise in the store. The price you pay will be determined on your pick up day. For example, if you are shopping on Saturday for a Sunday pickup, you will pay the price of your basket on Sunday. Prices may vary when selecting different stores. You will be alerted of price changes.

      For items that are priced by the pound, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Because of this, your total paid at time of checkout will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total.

      During the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. If an item is out of stock we will make an appropriate substitution if available. We will NEVER charge you more than the original price of the product you selected, that is our promise.

      You or a responsible person must pick up your order at the scheduled pickup time.
