Fun craft idea on reverse! Tissue Pom-Pom: 1. Fold tissue into an accordion stack. 2. Tie center of stack with string. 3. Trim end of stack into point. 4. Separate first piece of tissue and pull it up and toward the center. 5. Fluff edges and repeat until complete.
