Tri Color Peppers and Herbed Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon powdered onion
  • 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper

Directions

  1. Mix the first six ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Cut all the peppers into strips.
  3. In small serving cups put 2-3 tablespoons of the herbed dressing at the bottom and stick the pepper pieces inside.
  4. Garnish with a piece of dill for jazz!
