- Combine lime juice, brown sugar and crushed red pepper flakes in small bowl; set aside.
- Thread cod, red bell pepper, pineapple and onion evenly onto six 8-inch skewers and place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle with lime juice mixture. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). Grill skewers, covered, 5 to 7 minutes per side, turning occasionally, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
