Directions
- Grill Corn on the cob on all sides and remove from grill. Let cool. Next, cut corn off the cob and place into mixing bowl. Combine all additional ingredients. Stir to combine. Garnish with Chopped Cilantro, Cotija cheese, lime wedges and chili powder.
