- In medium bowl combine cranberries, pineapple, apple and orange. Stir in sugar and honey; let stand at room temperature until sugar dissolves.
- Stir cranberry mixture. Cover and refrigerate, stirring once each day for 4 days and adding additional honey to taste, if desired. Stir in pecans just before serving. Store in refrigerator, covered, for up to 2 weeks.
