Honey-Sriracha Ham Glaze

Try it on salmon fillets or pork loin!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  1. Blend all ingredients and using a brush, coat the spiral ham.
  2. Tent with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 12-15 minutes per pound.
  3. For the last 30 minutes of cook time remove the foil and recoat, caramelizing the sugar and producing a brown crust.
