- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat (350Â°F to 400Â°F). In a medium bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, bouillon, Worcestershire and green onion. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brush both sides of onion slices with vinaigrette; place on grill. Grill, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until soft, turning once.
- Finely chop grilled onions. Stir into sour cream mixture; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables, or as a sandwich spread.
