Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crumbled feta with tomato and basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped black olives
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic (1 clove)
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • Assorted crackers

  1. In a medium bowl stir together cream cheese, feta, lemon juice, bell pepper, olives, garlic, basil and oregano until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish. Serve with crackers.
