Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. mixed baby salad greens
  • 2 large fried chicken breasts or 4 chicken tenders, cut into strips
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 bottle ranch dressing
  • 1 can diced green chiles, drained

  1. Combine salad greens, chicken strips, chopped eggs, bacon and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix dressing and green chiles. Drizzle over salad; toss. Serve immediately.
