Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can whole corn drained
  • 1 16 oz can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and mix well. Add the muffin mix and stir until combined. Transfer batter to a greased 2 quart dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
