Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz. bacon slices, quick-cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby?Monterey Jack blend

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Press crescent roll dough into the bottom of an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan, building up edges slightly. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden. Cool completely in pan.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Spread over cooled crust. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and cheese. Cover pizza and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
