- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- This is a great way to use up your leftovers, including that spare pie crust that may not have been put to use!
- In a medium size Dutch oven, place the turkey, vegetables, condensed soup and milk. Heat thoroughly to a boil, stirring often. Remove from stove and cool slightly.
- Whisk the egg and water together
- Place pie crust on top, tucking in the edges. Score the top several times. Brush with the egg/water mixture. Place in a 350 oven and bake until the crust is golden brown.
