Maple Syrup Salmon Delight

Serves: 4
  • 1 lb. Copper River salmon 
  • 1/4 cup Spartan maple syrup 
  • 2 Tbsp. Spartan soy sauce 
  • 1 clove garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 tsp. Spartan garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Spartan ground black pepper 
  • ½ tsp. sesame seeds
Place the salmon in a glass baking dish. Use a small bowl to mix all other ingredients. Coat the salmon with the mixture. Cover the dish and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning once during that time. Next, place in a preheated 400°F. oven. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.  Serve on a bed of rice with a vegetable.
