Petoskey

Charming, cozy, and a must-visit.

If driving up US-31 wasn't a clear giveaway, Northern Michigan is naturally stunning. With its Pacific-Northwest similarities: pine forests, sweeping backroads, and cozy coastal towns, it's tough to leave once you visit.

Petoskey, roughly halfway between Gaylord and Mackinaw City on the Lake Michigan coas, is the perfect blend of summer vacation community and awe-inspiring natural wonderland. With a 10 minute drive, you can go from the beach to the Tunnel of Trees - the landscape is quite diverse to say the least.

And if you were looking for another reason why this town rocks, Petoskey even has a stone named after them (Petoskey Stone for those of you who were curious).
